Hidroelektra niskogradnja: Sergej Gljadelkin has prepared eight and a half million kuna for the takeover

If all remaining shareholders of Hidroelektra niskogradnja accepted the takeover offer made by Sergej Gljadelkin, he would have to allocate only 8.42 million kuna for it. Namely, Gljadelkin offers 20.52 kuna for one share of Hidroelektra in his offer. Gljadelkin has the funds to purchase all shares, as evidenced by the bank guarantee issued by Kreditna banka Zagreb. It is hard to say how many shareholders will accept the offer, but the company’s share is currently worth 25 kuna on the stock exchange. Gljadelkin, who is also the majority owner of IGH, is pursuing the takeover of Hidroelektra independently, as an individual, and has so far acquired 34.21 percent of Hidroelektra. The obligation to take over arose in early August when Gljadelkin purchased 99,570 shares at a price of 20 kuna.
