No Interest in Purchasing Dioki’s Bankrupt Assets

The sale of Dioki’s assets Dioki in bankruptcy, once a strong organic petrochemical industry, covering an area of about 700 thousand square meters, is not going smoothly. In fact, it is not going at all. After a failed pre-bankruptcy three years ago against Dioki, a company formerly owned by majority owner Robert Ježić, bankruptcy proceedings were opened. Creditors who are owed more than 900 million kuna have condemned it to this fate.

So far, there have been several auctions at the municipal court, but nothing has been sold. Moreover, the bankruptcy trustee Marija Vujčić-Turkulin is skeptical and believes it will be difficult to find a buyer because everything sold in court is very hard to sell.
