The second week of November is traditionally reserved for PMI Forum, the largest regional event dedicated to project management organized by the Project Management Institute PMI Croatia. The tenth edition of the PMI Forum will take place from November 9 to 11 at the Antunović Hotel and will host numerous foreign and domestic speakers who will discuss project management as a tool for achieving business goals and will demonstrate its effectiveness through their own examples.
With the motto On the Wings of Project Management to Success, the goal of the conference is to highlight good practices in project management across various business environments, whether in entrepreneurship, large corporations, or public administration. A special place in the program is reserved for the awarding of the Project of the Year award, a special professional recognition for the best-managed project and the best project results achieved in Croatia.
