‘Socially Responsible Leaders – Captains of Long Voyages Thinking Generations Ahead’ is the title of the autumn workshop that Lider is organizing on September 22 in Krašić for members of the Family Business Club. The workshop will be conducted by Andreja Pavlović (Hauska & Partner) and Mr. sc. Miljenko Cimeša (Society for Organizational Learning Croatia – SoL Croatia).
An increasing number of challenges significantly complicate decision-making and achieving desired results. The greatest management challenge today is how to reconcile the strong pressure to achieve the best possible short-term results with the need for long-term thinking and action. How to reconcile these seemingly irreconcilable demands is the question we will address in the workshop. Family businesses are proving to be the most resilient part of the economy, but like all other organizations, they need competencies that will facilitate generational transitions and confront increasingly complex challenges.
