LG Expands Minibeam Portable Projector Line with Two Exciting Models

LG is also known for its LED projectors, which it has been producing since 2008. Recently, it has expanded its Minibeam portable projector line by announcing two exciting models.

The PH450U Ultra Short-Throw (UST) projector is an advanced model that creates a cinema-like atmosphere in the home or office, but as LG claims, without the complications and high prices typical of this category. With the ability to display an 80-inch HD (1280X720) image from just 33 cm away, the PH450U brings the advantages of UST projectors to users with smaller display areas.

This projector can be set up vertically and project an image onto any horizontal surface, allowing users to turn any table or floor into a movie screen. With a rechargeable battery lasting two and a half hours, this miniature projector is a good choice for watching movies far from power sources. Content can be transferred to the projector via an HDMI cable with MHL support or through USB. The PH450U comes with a bulb life of up to 30,000 hours and 450 lumens, which is more than four times the brightness of the nearest competing product – the PH450U is the brightest UST projector with a rechargeable battery on the market. The PH150G projector offers the same compact, sleek design as other projectors in the LG Minibeam line, but is half the size (115x 115×44.5 mm) and lighter (450 g) than the PH450U.

Both projectors, the PH150G and PH450U, come with the Triple Wireless accessory for cable-free viewing of power, sound, or image.
