Dr. Elvira Mlivić Budeš is a consultant for business skills development at Filaks, program manager for training at the Business School Filaks, and a lecturer at Algebra University. She graduated and obtained her master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, and earned her PhD from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. After holding several positions in middle management in various organizations, she decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure and has successfully managed two organizations for 15 years. She is the author of numerous manuals, a guest lecturer at many conferences and gatherings, a columnist in magazines and on portals, and the editor-in-chief of the new women’s portal Obiljka and the knowledge base Vrhunski projekt.

Ms. Nataša Trojak, senior lecturer and vice-dean for students at Algebra University; lecturer in the economics group of subjects; PhD candidate in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in the field of organizational psychology; completed the professional development program in Supervision and Corporate Governance; nearly 20 years of work in the profession in domestic and foreign companies in managerial positions; co-author of eight books and author and co-author of over twenty professional and scientific articles; speaker at domestic and foreign professional and scientific conferences; author of several internal manuals for courses at Algebra University; lecturer at numerous workshops in various institutions and companies.
