After the Management Board of Podravka determined the proposal for the payment of dividends to shareholders of 7 kuna gross per share, amounting to approximately 50 million kuna, a decision was also made regarding the payment of company bonuses.

Based on the Collective Agreement of the Group, the Management Board of Podravka made a decision to pay special bonuses to workers for their contribution to achieving business results for the past year, 2015. Bonuses will be paid to workers by the end of May this year, for which more than 6 million kuna will be allocated, Podravka emphasizes.

– By paying bonuses, we want to particularly reward our female and male workers for their contribution to achieving business results for 2015, said the President of the Management Board of Podravka, Zvonimir Mršić.

Last year, as he noted, the historically highest net profit was achieved, Podravka’s recapitalization was carried out, and the acquisition of Žito was successfully realized.

– Ahead of us is a time of new challenges and further strengthening of the company with the aim of creating the largest international company headquartered in Croatia. We believe that the payment of this bonus will also be an additional incentive for our female and male workers to be ready to give their maximum contribution to shaping the future of the Podravka Group this year, Mršić emphasized.

The Podravka Group achieved a revenue growth of 7.8 percent last year and recorded a net profit of 397 million kuna.
