Color Press Group Acquires Weekly Gloria in Serbia

The Novi Sad-based Color Press Group last week acquired the Serbian edition of the popular weekly magazine Gloria.

The company’s president, Robert Čoban, commented on the occasion: ‘It is true that we signed a licensing agreement this week for the publication of the magazines Gloria, Hey, and Gloria Glam in the Serbian market, as well as the online portal gloria.rs. The magazine Gloria was the first in this segment in the Serbian market and has maintained a good reputation and readership to this day. Gloria will be the fifth celebrity magazine in our portfolio alongside Svet, Hello!, Star, and Scandal. We plan to retain most of the employees, refresh the existing concept with new content, invest in the gloria.rs portal, as well as in events under that brand!’

Gloria has been published in Serbia since 2003. In addition to the three magazines mentioned that it acquired from the Croatian EPH this week, Color Press Group publishes another 68 magazines across the region, manages 15 online portals, and organizes more than 80 conferences a year.
