The State Office for State Property Management (DUUDI) is collecting offers until June 28 of this year for the purchase of 25 properties owned by the state in various parts of Croatia, mostly arable land, orchards, and meadows, with a total value based on starting prices exceeding 45.5 million kuna.
The public call for the sale of these properties was announced by DUUDI at the end of last week. All properties are sold in their current condition ‘as seen-bought’, and the opening of offers at DUUDI is on June 28 at 2 PM. Offers sent by mail before the last day set for submission, which will be received at DUUDI, will be considered late after the deadline for submission has expired and will not be considered.
Offers for purchase can be submitted by domestic and foreign legal and natural persons. Foreign citizens can compete only if they are citizens of EU countries or countries with which Croatia has established reciprocity regarding the right to purchase real estate based on the buyer’s nationality. All competitors must prove that they have paid the deposit highlighted in the call along with each property and its starting price.
Of the total of 25 properties, the majority are classified as arable land, orchards, pastures, meadows, and residential houses with yards or just yards, but there are also forests and one hotel and resort each.
