Samsung has introduced new curved monitors with diagonals of 23.5 and 27 inches. They are intended for professionals and private users interested in multimedia content and multitasking.
The CF591 and CF390 series monitors further reduce reflection and eye strain, allowing for longer viewing periods. They also feature enhanced flicker reduction technology, as well as an Eye Saving Mode that protects users’ vision from exposure to blue light spectrum. The monitors support AMD FreeSync technology, which synchronizes the screen refresh rate with the graphics card. Samsung emphasizes a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees, and a static contrast ratio of 3000:1, which is nearly three times greater than standard monitors. Additionally, these displays can show a wider color range compared to conventional ones, thanks to support for 119% of the sRGB color gamut.
The monitors stand out with very thin bezels, and the screen stand is also curved, while the CF390 series models can adjust the height and angle of the screen relative to the stand. Both series are equipped with built-in speakers and can be connected to a computer using HDMI and D-Sub inputs, while the CF591 series also allows connection via Display Port. The recommended retail price is 1599 kuna for the 23.5-inch version and 2129 kuna for the 27-inch version of the CF390 model, while the 27-inch CF591 model will be available at a recommended retail price of 2659 kuna.
