Two properties of Kamensko in Zagreb have been sold to the Križevci company Anni Aurei for 24 million kuna, and part of the proceeds will be used to settle the claims of workers, said the bankruptcy administrator of the former textile company, Zdravko Mitak.
The properties of Kamensko, which consist of two land registry units of the former Kamensko factory, owned 1/1, located on Reljkovićeva Street in Zagreb, were sold at the 14th auction for the lowest price of 24 million kuna. Their last appraisal indicated a value of 73.4 million kuna.
Mitak stated that the claims of former Kamensko workers will be partially settled from this amount, but that other debts will also need to be paid.
– The buildings have their costs even when they are out of operation, and from that money, we will also have to pay those bills, said Mitak.
If there are no appeals, the decision on the sale of the two properties – one measuring 5,968 square meters and three-quarters of the adjacent property measuring 514 square meters, will become final in 15 days. The court will then order the buyer to make the payment.
The bankruptcy procedure for Kamensko was initiated in October 2010, after which its 430 workers were laid off. According to the financial report of Kamensko d.d. in bankruptcy, by the end of 2014, the claims of workers amounted to 9.3 million kuna.
The company Anni Aurei d.o.o. is registered at the Križevci address Kralja Tomislava 45, with its primary activity being the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
