Tihana Colić at the Helm of the City Gasworks Zagreb

Tihana Colić is the new director of the City Gasworks Zagreb. She took over the position a few days ago after the Assembly of the City Gasworks Zagreb voted to dismiss the previous director Bruno Lacković.

Večernji list reports that the management, maintenance, and development of the company are in the hands of a person whose name has been in the public eye since 2014, when numerous investigations were launched against Mayor Milan Bandić, as well as other employees of the City and the Holding.

The newspaper recalls that, according to the indictment of the DORH, Tihana Colić was employed in 2013 at the urging of the then director of the Holding, Slobodan Ljubičić, who intervened at the request of Petar Pripuz, and together with a member of the Holding’s management, Ivan Tolić, requested Ante Dodig, the former head of the Gasworks, to employ her. Investigators found that she was hired as an assistant director and emphasized that such a position did not exist in the Gasworks prior to her arrival.
