About a year after leaving Adris, where he was a member of the Management Board for a full 20 years, Plinio Cuccurin treated himself to a truly well-deserved vacation – he went on a three-month trip around the world.
That the second largest co-owner of Adris is currently touring the globe has been confirmed to us by several independent sources. Such a long absence from the country could mean that nothing further is happening regarding the attempted hostile takeover of Adris, which, with Cuccurin’s assistance, was attempted by the investment fund J&T in mid-October last year, an attempt that was successfully prevented at the very first moment by Ante Vlahović, the largest individual shareholder of the Adris group.
