The Zagreb Entrepreneurship Incubator and Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment and e-commerce systems, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at Croatian technology and startup companies looking to enter the US market.
Stripe, known for its online payment service, has launched Atlas, a program designed to simplify the process of establishing a company in the USA. As the leading startup program in Croatia, ZIP will recommend candidates for the Atlas program to Stripe. The final selection and approval for entry into the program remains with Stripe. For a fee of $500, selected companies will receive an “onboarding package” for the US market, which includes:
Establishment of a US company
US bank account
US tax number
Stripe account with the ability to receive payments from around the world
Tax consulting from PwC
Legal consulting from Orrick
$15,000 in service credits from Amazon Web Services
– At ZIP, we are excited about the opportunity to facilitate and accelerate the entry of many local startups into the global market alongside Stripe. Establishing a company in the USA not only allows for easier access to a larger number of foreign users and customers but also provides easier access to the investments needed for the growth of almost every startup, they state from ZIP.
Currently, applications are open at ZIP for a new generation of the incubation and accelerator program, and you can find all the information and apply for your startup project at zipzg.com/prijavi-se. For more information: https://stripe.com/atlas
