– It is an exceptional honor to participate in the decision-making that repositions players in the global mobile device market, which is also a recognition of my work, Bug, and EISA, the association of the best European tech magazines of which Bug is a member and on behalf of which I participated in this jury, said Petric.
Decisions about the best devices were made, as he says, through several video meetings before and during the MWC congress itself, and in addition to the best mobile phone, they also selected winners in several other categories. Thus, the best mobile phone in the price category up to 100 US dollars is the Xiaomi Redmi, while the award for the best tablet went to Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4. A total of 15 devices were nominated for these awards, and at the very end of the MWC in Barcelona, on February 25, the best mobile device premiered at this year’s 30th anniversary edition of the congress will also be announced.
