Five Steps to Find a New Business Model

Changes in the global business landscape have never been faster and more dramatic than today. And this will only accelerate and radicalize. Therefore, your own idea should be realized immediately, and the trend from the white world should be replicated and innovated as soon as possible.

In the new issue of Lider, we present a major topic on how to apply global business models, and here you can read about the 5 steps to find a new business model.

1. Identify the backbone of the existing business model. Ask yourself what are the key principles of your industry for creating value.

2. Break down those principles of the industry into the factors that support them. Are they factors such as customer satisfaction, ways of doing business, or technology?

3. Turn those principles upside down! Set new hypotheses for your business that no one has tried in your industry so far.

4. Are these new business principles common sense? Many of them will not make sense. However, try to apply some principles taken from another industry, as business models from one industry can often be applied in another.

5. Translate those new principles into a new business model. After you change the business principles, the mechanism for creating value often shapes itself.
