The non-profit organization for female entrepreneurs WECroatia has launched a series of free workshops aimed at women.
At the workshops, which gather all active companies, crafts, and businesses that are majority-owned by women, basic information is provided on where various resources and forms of financing can be found, as well as what support aimed at women in entrepreneurship already exists in the market.
Representatives from HBOR, HAMAG-BICRO, HZZ, and the City of Zagreb participate in the workshops, providing participants with basic information on the methods and possibilities of financing female entrepreneurship and available forms of business support. The workshops also present basic guidelines for obtaining incentives for self-employment and employment, as well as opportunities for obtaining support from national funding sources and EU funds.
The purpose of the WECroatia association is to motivate and promote female entrepreneurship, help female entrepreneurs better connect with each other, share information, and provide opportunities for improvement through various educational programs organized and supported by the Association.
After the workshop held in Karlovac, the next workshop will take place in Zagreb on March 3, 2016, starting at 9 AM, at HGK Zagreb, Draškovićeva 45. Interested female entrepreneurs can register for participation on the “WE Croatia” website.
The Association of Female Entrepreneurs – WECroatia was founded in 2012 and brings together women entrepreneurs with the aim of promoting and affirming successful female entrepreneurs in Croatia. Their desire is to help women in entrepreneurship to build their businesses more quickly and easily and promote their results through information, continuous improvement, and networking with investors and mentors.
