The Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d. approved the conclusion of the Agreement on the termination of the mandate of the member of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. Miroslav Klepač at its meeting held on February 15, 2016, according to which his mandate as a member of the Management Board will cease on March 31, 2016.
Miroslav Klepač was appointed a member of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. on February 24, 2012, and was specifically responsible for finance at the level of the Podravka Group. Klepač will continue his further business career outside Podravka d.d. in the area of his interests and new business challenges.
At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d. appointed Iva Brajević as the new member of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. responsible for finance at the level of the Podravka Group, whose mandate begins on April 1, 2016, and lasts until the termination of the mandate of the Management Board in its entirety.
Iva Brajević has been employed at Podravka d.d. since September 9, 2013, and has worked as the Director of Corporate Accounting and Tax, and since September 2015 as the Director of Controlling. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb, and through additional education, she obtained licenses as an Investor Relations Manager and Project Manager for the preparation and implementation of projects financed from EU funds. Prior to that, she gained business experience in several branches of international corporations in Croatia – including as Finance Manager at DHL (2006-2012) and Unilever Finance Manager for companies in Croatia and Slovenia (1998-2005).
