Economic analyst Guste Santini will speak at the conference, legal expert Renata Duka will guide us through an overview of the Consumer Bankruptcy Law, and authorized tax advisor Ivan Idžojtić will discuss the tax and financial implications of the Consumer Bankruptcy Law.
Consul Šime Ivanjko will speak about the challenges and problems in implementing the Law from an international perspective, and we will conclude the conference with a panel on the topic of personal bankruptcy in practice, with the final word given by the dean of Effectus, Mira Lenardić.
