Entrepreneurs Praise Zdravko Marić, Know Little About Others, But Should Not Be Burdened

The composition of the new government has been relatively well received among the entrepreneurs we spoke with, particularly praising the future Minister of Finance Zdravko Marić.

Namely, they consider Marić to be a competent and capable person, while they are reserved about many other ministers because they know too little about their character and work.

– We do not know many people, so we are still waiting for the first information and we are all looking for it, but I can say that the Minister of Finance is definitely a good choice. As for the ministers of entrepreneurship and economy, I do not know the people, so that is a bit questionable. I am glad that Tomislav Tolušić has been chosen as the Minister of Regional Development because he has done what he could as the president of the County Association, it is just a question of whether he will be able to replicate that at the state level – emphasized entrepreneur Saša Cvetojević, adding that the general impression of the government is positive because it consists of new people, especially from the Most party, and that he hopes we will finally see some changes that have not occurred in the last 20 years.

Ivan Miloloža, owner of the company Munja, stated that he can only wish the new government good luck and that it will have the support of employers.

– I am glad that Zdravko Marić has been chosen as the Minister of Finance because he knows the system, I do not know most of the other ministers, but let’s not immediately burden them. They have a tough job ahead and I hope they will achieve some results. I know the Minister of Economy Panenić superficially, but in any case, he has received one of the most demanding and sensitive portfolios, the man should be given a chance. It is in all our interests that the new government is good – said Miloloža, and he is in agreement with Petar Lovrić, president of the HUP Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

– Personally, I am satisfied with the choice of Darko Horvat as the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Crafts, the man has experience working in the Ministry of Economy, in the team that dealt with entrepreneurship, as far as I have had the opportunity to communicate with him, I can only say the best. He will have to ‘fight’ for us in the government, to resolve this absurd over-regulation and legal uncertainty. I also know Zdravko Marić from the period when he worked with Šuker, an extremely cultured man. But we must be aware that we have some things civically predetermined, we cannot change the number of pensioners, we cannot make quick fiscal changes, but we can encourage people on the revenue side to create new value – emphasizes Lovrić, concluding that we can only hope for the success of the new government, which is desperately needed by all of us.
