Last year only two funds earned more than 10 percent

For the second consecutive year, the equity fund Fima Equity achieved the best return. According to data from the portal hrportfolio.hr, in 2015 it had a return of 21.93 percent.

The year before, it earned its investors 27.8 percent. Even more interesting is that the portfolio of all investors who opted for risk and invested, for example, 1000 kuna in the equity fund  Fima Equity at the beginning of 2012 is now worth as much as 76 percent more. Although there is still no data on asset value at the end of the year, in November this fund managed 17.7 million kuna in assets, compared to just over 15 million kuna at the beginning of the year.
The asset structure of the Fima Equity fund changed slightly last year. The most money is still invested in the shares of Adriatic Luxury Hotels (8.4 percent). In second place are the shares of Jamnica, followed by shares of Adris, Valamar Riviera, and SN Holding. The shares of Bačka and the shares in the KD Victoria fund have disappeared from the list of the ten largest investments at the end of 2015. Almost one-third of the assets are invested in the hospitality and tourism sector, and a quarter in the financial and banking sector. Only one other fund had a return higher than ten percent last year, HI-growth. This fund is managed by Hypo Alpe-Adria-Invest, and its board member Petar Brkić, who achieved an excellent result with the Fima Equity fund in 2014, earned investors a return of 10 percent last year, and 15.3 percent the year before. At the beginning of this year, it manages 51.5 million kuna.
