Liana Keserić and Ivan Žižić New Members of the Management Board of RBA

At the meeting of the Croatian National Bank (HNB) held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, the Council of the HNB agreed with the proposal of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. (RBA) to appoint Liana Keserić and Ivan Žižić as new members of the Management Board of RBA.

Liana Keserić joined Raiffeisen Bank in 2001 in the Transaction Services Sector. Since 2005, she has held the position of Head of the Client Relations Department for Transaction Services in the Client Relations Directorate. From 2007 to 2014, she served as Director of the Complaints and Reconciliation Directorate in the Support Sector. After that, until her appointment as a member of the Management Board, Liana Keserić served as Executive Director of Client Relationship Management and Alternative Channels.

Ivan Žižić joined Raiffeisen Bank in 1999 as Deputy Executive Director of Finance and Accounting. In June 2002, he was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Risk Management Sector. Since 2005, Ivan Žižić has served as Executive Director of the Treasury and Investment Banking Sector.

“The new members of the Management Board have many years of experience at RBA and have a solid understanding of the banking market. Their knowledge, expertise, and skills will contribute to achieving business goals and strengthening market position. The colleagues will continue to improve the organizational parts of the Bank for which they are responsible and will further strengthen the Management Board, management, and employees of the Bank,” stated Michael Georg Müller, President of the Management Board of RBA.

With the new appointments, Ivan Žižić will oversee: Economy and Entrepreneurship in the Regions, Retail Banking, Client Relationship Management and Alternative Channels, Financial Products, Private Banking, and Sales Management in Business with the Economy. Liana Keserić will take over responsibility for Transaction Services, Operational Services, IT, Organization, ICS and Business Process Management, Project Management, Procurement, management of business premises and general affairs, and Security.
