The Croatian Lottery was awarded the Employer Partner certificate for well-established human resource management processes at a ceremonial event held on December 2nd at the Croatian Lottery premises.
The certificate was presented to Danijel Ferić, the CEO of the Croatian Lottery, by Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of Selectio, the company that awards the certificate. To meet the certificate standards, the Croatian Lottery had to achieve more than 75% of the total possible points, as well as more than 70% of points in each of the five assessed areas: Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Work, Motivation and Rewarding, Training and Development, and Employee Relations. The Croatian Lottery achieved the best results in the areas of Strategy and Recruitment and Selection, and significant projects have also been initiated in the area of monitoring work performance, rewarding, and employee development.
The certificate was received on behalf of the Croatian Lottery by CEO Danijel Ferić, who stated:
– The Croatian Lottery is dedicated to the idea that people are the fundamental prerequisite for business success and that the quality of all business processes depends on the workers. They are a key factor and, in this sense, one of the most important links in business processes. Therefore, we pay exceptional attention to human resource management, and the Employer Partner certificate confirms this. However, this does not mean that we can relax; on the contrary, it drives us to further strengthen the loyalty of our workers by meeting their needs in the workplace. New challenges lie ahead in all segments of business, and this recognition is an incentive for us to continue developing and improving organizational processes and procedures, especially successful interpersonal relationships.
