Coca-Cola HBC Croatia, a member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, has launched a new internship program Learn, Engage, Showcase! providing young, university-educated individuals with the opportunity for employment in the fields of marketing, finance, sales, operations management, and human resources.
All interested in participating in the program can find more information on the official program website www.learncareexcel.net, and the application for entry into Coca-Cola’s internship program is open until December 14, 2015.
Selected candidates will receive one-year internship contracts after which they will have the opportunity to enter the company’s talent development program and accelerated career development. Interns will perform tasks within teams responsible for operations in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
– The goal of our one-year internship program is to attract and develop young talents who will become part of our successful team. We are opening opportunities for young people to learn and work in one of the most dynamic companies. In this way, we want to contribute to higher employment of young people and alert them to the importance of continuously acquiring new knowledge, as learning does not stop upon graduation. We also want to emphasize the importance of mobility for building a successful career. The lack of labor mobility is one of the issues that limits the development opportunities of the Croatian economy, stated CEO Maria Anargyrou-Nikolić.
