Young people, apply now, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia is hiring interns

The one-year internship program opens the possibility for entry into a special talent development program and accelerated career development. Candidates are expected to be willing to learn, as well as to be mobile, meaning readiness to work in other markets.

Coca-Cola HBC Croatia, a member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, has launched a new internship program Learn, Engage, Showcase! providing young, university-educated individuals with the opportunity for employment in the fields of marketing, finance, sales, operations management, and human resources.

– The goal of our one-year internship program is to attract and develop young talents who will become part of our successful team. We are opening opportunities for young people to learn and work in one of the most dynamic companies. In this way, we want to contribute to higher employment of young people and alert them to the importance of continuously acquiring new knowledge, as learning does not stop upon graduation. We also want to emphasize the importance of mobility for building a successful career. The lack of workforce mobility is one of the problems that limits the development opportunities of the Croatian economy, said CEO Maria Anargyrou-Nikolić.

The application for entry into Coca-Cola’s internship program is open until December 14, 2015, and selected candidates will receive one-year internship contracts after which they will have the opportunity to enter the company’s talent development program and accelerated career development. Interns will perform tasks within teams responsible for operations in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. More information about the internship program and the application process is available on the official program website http://www.learncareexcel.net/

– Investing in employees is part of the socially responsible policy that Coca-Cola HBC Croatia systematically implements. We are proud of the fact that we have opened opportunities for career development and advancement to high positions for many of our employees in other markets and at the regional level. Our marketing director started her career as an intern in finance, while the current sales manager began his career as an intern in sales. Many of our former colleagues are now in high positions outside our system, and we are proud that they started their development right at Coca-Cola. Therefore, I am confident that we will equally successfully develop the careers of young colleagues who will join us as interns, said Kiriaki Kritidi, director of the Human Resources Department.
