Yesterday, we published a list of sectors that could help the recovery of the construction industry due to the use of European Union funds. Today, we present a list of six main problems in construction, and you can read the entire text in the printed edition of Lider.
1. Reliance on road construction and residential construction despite the lack of major investments for some time
2. High fragmentation of capacities and loss of strength of large companies
3. Inability to access favorable sources of financing
4. Lack of experience or loss of knowledge in other specializations (energy, railway transport, environmental protection, complex technical-technological interventions…)
5. Obsolescence of technology, machinery, and equipment
6. Old, somewhat ‘faded’ references
