The Croatian company Relago has launched a unique free mobile application called Log Driving. This is the first application on the Croatian market that allows for easy recording of log driving on a smartphone in real time, and it is completely free to download on smartphones.
The Log Driving application is extremely useful for employees who use private cars for business purposes, as it significantly simplifies the tracking and recording of hours spent driving and kilometers traveled. The principle of operation is very simple. At the very beginning of the drive, log driving tracking is initiated, and upon completion, the application automatically enters the end time and calculated mileage, as well as the purpose and route of the drive. The advantages of using the Log Driving application certainly include reduced recording time, as well as financial savings.
„The Log Driving application greatly facilitates the daily obligations of individuals who use private cars for business purposes. The download is simple, and the application is completely free. All što you need is a smartphone. Additionally, it allows for the sending of monthly log driving records via email, which can later be printed, signed, and based on which the employer can make payments.“ – said Relago’s director, Manuel Grgec.
The application is initially available on Google Play for Android, and later versions for other platforms (iOS and Windows Phone) will be available. If the user has an active Relago application for Travel Orders, log drives from the mobile phone can be automatically synchronized into the application for the consolidation of log drives of all employees, calculation and payment of compensation to employees, and reporting of tax-exempt income payments in eTax.
