A diverse company, where women and men have equal opportunities, is more profitable.
This is the message from Krasimira Stoyanova, Director for the Central European Market at Saab, ahead of Lider’s Women in Business conference taking place on December 3 at the Music Academy in Zagreb.
– Diversity for us means that we value and respect the majority of individual knowledge, different traits, professional backgrounds, and experiences as very valuable assets. We seek diversity with a special emphasis on creating jobs for men and women and actively work to increase the share of female managers at Saab – emphasizes Stoyanova.
She believes that imposed perceptions related to gender, nationality, race, and similar are on the path to change.
– Ultimately, only companies characterized by diversity create a solid foundation for greater creativity and innovation, which lead to development and successful business – concludes Stoyanova.
This year’s Women in Business conference is held under the high patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, and will gather owners, directors, and managers of companies whose experiences and views on business will demonstrate how they function in high positions.
