Branko Roglić, owner of the Orbico group, has announced two more acquisitions. After intensifying acquisition activity in Central Europe in recent years, particularly in Poland, he told Lider that two more are in preparation, one in Poland and the other in the former Yugoslavia.
Details will be clearer in early February, and he states that these are companies that do not only engage in distribution. Furthermore, Roglić emphasizes that there are now many small distribution companies on the market for sale. With such market expansion, Orbico’s revenues are significantly increasing year by year, and Roglić expects a total group revenue of 1.2 billion euros this year, and 1.7 billion euros next year.
