Agrokor has announced that in line with new trends in the development of its companies, whose operations will increasingly take place in a virtual environment in the future, as well as changes in the market, it has decided to further strengthen its management teams through changes within the managerial structure.
Thus, from December 1, the current director of Tisak, Dražen Kocijan, will take over the position of director of Velpro-centar d.o.o., whose future annual revenue is estimated at around 4.5 billion kuna, and Hrvoje Kraljević, the former president of the Management Board of Ledo, will take his previous position as director of Tisak. Dario Vrabec, who has previously worked as the marketing and development director in that company, will take over the position of president of the Management Board of Ledo.
The current president of the Management Board of Agrokor trgovina, Ivica Tomljenović, will take on the role of executive director of central procurement at Agrokor, and Robert Jurišić will come from a managerial position in Agrokor trgovina to take his place.
All management teams will also be further strengthened by new members from the Group, as well as from outside it, Agrokor announces.
