Dukat recorded a net profit of 73.4 million kuna in the first nine months of this year, while the net profit of the entire Dukat group amounts to 101 million kuna, according to financial reports published today on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The net profit of Dukat increased by 60.4 million kuna compared to the same period last year, of which 28.4 million kuna is the result of increased financial income due to the withdrawal of retained earnings from associated companies, the report states.
The net profit of the Group increased by 70.3 million kuna.
The operating revenues of the parent company, Dukat d.d., increased by 0.1 percent in the first nine months to 1.2 billion kuna, while operating expenses decreased by 2.5 percent to 1.2 billion kuna.
According to the report, sales revenues fell by 0.3 percent to 1.23 billion kuna.
At the same time, sales revenues in the domestic market, which account for 90.1 percent of total sales revenues, fell by 1.9 percent to 1.1 billion kuna, while export revenues increased by 16.7 percent to 121.6 million kuna.
Dukat states that negative economic and sectoral trends continued during the first nine months. At the same time, the period was marked by the continuation of long-term management activities in optimizing business processes and operating costs, as well as increasing efficiency at all levels.
The Dukat Group achieved sales revenues of 2.56 billion kuna, which is 3.4 percent less than in the first nine months of last year.
Sales revenues in the domestic market amount to 1.08 billion kuna and are down by 4.6 percent, while sales revenues in international markets are also down by 2.6 percent to 1.47 billion kuna.
The Dukat Group consists of the parent company Dukat d.d. and 13 associated companies based in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Bulgaria.
