The Commission for the Evaluation of Bids submitted for the tender for the implementation of the Kupari I project in the municipality of Župa dubrovačka has today determined that the binding offer from the Avenue Group complies with the prescribed tender conditions, as announced today by DUUDI.
The Commission for the Evaluation of Bids will therefore propose to the Government of the Republic of Croatia the adoption of a Decision on the Selection of the Consortium of Bidders (Avenue Group) as the sole and most favorable bidder for the investor of the Kupari Project, with whom a contract for the implementation of the Project will be concluded, as well as the adoption of a decision on the granting of a concession on the maritime property for the construction and economic use of the beach on part of the k.o. Brašina based on the proposal of the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.
The members of the Commission for the Evaluation of Bids were: Minister of Tourism Darko Lorencin, Deputy Minister of Tourism Daglas Koraca, Head of DUUDI Mladen Pejnović, Deputy Head of DUUDI Alen Čičak, and Mayor of the Municipality of Župa dubrovačka Silvio Nardelli.
Let us recall that on October 12, the binding offers submitted for the international tender for the Kupari I project were publicly opened at DUUDI, and it was determined that the binding offer from the Avenue Group had been received. Thus, it was established that the joint and sole binding offer was submitted by the consortium of bidders Avenue ulaganja d.o.o. and Avenue Osteuropa GmbH, with Avenue ulaganja d.o.o. being the leading member of the consortium, while the hotel management company Marriott International Inc., brand Ritz-Carlton, provided a statement on joint participation in the implementation of the Kupari project.
