Celebratory concerts by music stars, a successful charity campaign, shopping with excellent discounts, the launch of a new mobile application, gifts for visitors, and a fun children’s program were highlights of the unforgettable birthday weekend of City Center one East, West, and Split, enjoyed by more than 300,000 visitors.
During the three celebratory days, attention was also given to those in greatest need: The Association Croatia Helps and City Center one jointly organized the charity campaign ‘Give 5 for a Brighter World’, which raised funds for the Association for Helping Children with Sensory Disorders ‘Sensors’ and for the House of St. Joseph for abandoned children. Alongside the charity, 31,256 slices of City cake and 14,337 glasses of sparkling wine were sold, raising a total of 165,959 kuna! Many public figures, over 100 in total, eagerly responded to the charitable cause. Among others, Mislav Čavajda, Marijana Batinić, Slaven Knezović, Sementa Rajhard, Mario Petreković, Ivana Marić, Renata Sopek, Boris Mirković, Saša Lozar, Edita Misirić, Dean Pelić, Đurđa Adlešič, Iva Šulentić, Andrea Andrassy, Melita Hrengek, Natali Dizdar, Mirna Zidarić, klapa Cambi, Petra Nižetić, Igor Boraska, Nataša Bebić, Ana Čagalj, Marko Pecotić, and many others contributed to the excellent result of the charity.
City Center one celebrated five successful years in Split with a fantastic two-hour concert in front of the main entrance to the center, featuring Jelena Rozga and her special guest Petar Grašo, who performed for over 8,000 visitors. Massimo and his guests – Tonči Huljić and Madre Badessa thrilled the audience at City Center one West, while visitors at City Center one East enjoyed the beautiful vocals of Natali Dizdar and Marko Tolja.
