Henkel Croatia has confirmed its status as an Employer Partner for the sixth consecutive year, awarded by Selectio, thereby demonstrating once again that it meets high standards of quality in human resource management. The certificate was presented on behalf of Selectio by Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of Selectio, to Blanka Žerjav from Henkel.
Upon receiving the Certificate, Blanka Žerjav, HR Manager from Henkel Adria stated: „Every year we strive to further improve management processes and we are extremely proud to have confirmed our status as an Employer Partner. This certificate represents a significant recognition of the quality of human resource management at Henkel, especially knowing that organizations undergo a certification procedure that evaluates 45 human resource management processes.“
Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of Selectio stated on this occasion: „Since 2010, when Henkel Croatia entered the project, we have been monitoring continuous growth and development in all segments of human resource management. In 2015, Henkel invested the most in the development of the Employee Relations area, within which improvements were made in encouraging employee suggestions, orientation programs for new employees, flexible working arrangements, and promoting diversity in the workplace. Henkel has thus shown that it continuously works on the development of human resource management processes to meet both internal company needs and market demands.“
Furthermore, Henkel Croatia d.o.o. was included in the certification process in November 2009 and excelled in all 5 observed processes (Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Work, Motivation and Rewarding, Training and Development, Employee Relations) in relation to defined standards, and on March 1, 2010, it became the holder of the Employer Partner certificate.
