Adacta, a company engaged in the development and implementation of business information solutions, business consulting, and change management in enterprises, has achieved a 150% revenue growth this year in the BI (business intelligence) and CRM (customer relationship management) segments. By the end of the year, the company, which has been operating in the Croatian market for a full 15 years, is also recording a trend of increasing employee numbers as well as revenue growth.
“Single-digit, but still growth,” said Krešimir Mlinarić, director of Adacta, at a press briefing, emphasizing that the company is expanding and that a new office has recently been opened in Moscow, where it will work with two insurance companies, both among the top 10 in Russia. There is interest, he added, in entering the markets of Southern Africa and Latin America, but Adacta does not plan to enter those markets alone, rather in collaboration with strategic partners.
Increased focus and further establishment of Adacta’s market position is expected in the energy sales and supply sector, and an increased investment cycle is anticipated in personnel and equipment at the regional level.
