As a modern company with many years of experience in the production of automotive parts, AD Plastik constantly invests in developmental technologies, which is well-known in the market. This is supported by a very good production-technology portfolio, and in the family of automobile manufacturers, it is characterized by the reputation of a reliable company that is a quality, competitive, and desirable partner. Given that the automotive industry market is extremely demanding, it is necessary to continuously improve product quality, invest in the development of existing and new technologies and products, while following trends and the needs of existing and potential customers. Only in this way can AD Plastik ensure the necessary competitiveness and growth. The company actively adapts to changes and market demands because, with constant improvement of business processes, this is the only way to survive and develop.
External and Internal Automotive Parts
The core activity of AD Plastik is the development and production of plastic parts for the interiors and exteriors of cars. In the production of vehicle interiors, for example, instrument panels, door and pillar trims, sun visors, blown air ducts, handrails, roof linings, carpets for passenger and luggage compartments, and luggage shelf are produced. For vehicle exteriors, colored and uncolored front and rear bumpers with components, trunk lids, decorative door strips, wheel arch trims, various underbody shields, or extruded profiles are intended. In addition to production in Croatia, the company has factories in Serbia, Russia, and Romania, and key customers with whom the ADP group develops successful business cooperation include Renault, Nissan, Peugeot, Citroën, Toyota, Ford, Opel, VW, BMW, Dacia, Daimler, VAZ, GM-VAZ, Daewoo, Fiat-Chrysler, and Mitsubishi. Therefore, the company aims to become a market leader in Eastern Europe for the development and production of plastic automotive parts, taking on a recognizable role in the global automotive industry.

Exporter Difficulties
AD Plastik has a clear strategy for further growth and expansion of business in existing markets while strengthening and diversifying its customer portfolio and increasing the share of its own development. Research is underway into potential markets for existing and new customers in complementary technologies. The current focus is on the operations of companies in Russia and active work on increasing the efficiency of established capacities. Given that almost one hundred percent of its products and services are exported, AD Plastik faces problems that most exporters have. First and foremost, these are the overvalued kuna and high tax and contribution burdens compared to the countries in the region where it operates.
In the last two years, it has invested more than 150 million kuna in its factories, which in its case means maximum support for capital investments of 40 percent of the invested funds, which is mostly enabled by reducing the corporate income tax rate.

In High Society
The mission of AD Plastik is to develop and produce products from plastic materials for the automotive industry and to contribute to the quality of the final product through innovative and creative achievements. The long-term survival in the automotive high society is a confirmation of the quality of business, primarily thanks to the professional staff and constant investment in the development and improvement of technologies. Focusing on customer needs, while maintaining high quality and competitiveness of products and services, is a prerequisite for the company’s survival and development.
