On growth opportunities at the Day of Big Plans, which will be held on October 2 at the Westin hotel in Zagreb, we will also hear from Luka Abrus, the director of Pet minuta, an agency for design and development of mobile applications.
This company has 80 employees and offices in Zagreb, Osijek, and New York. Pet minuta is focused on the US market, where it helps companies such as Rhapsody, Squarespace, Rosetta Stone, Choice Hotels, Ministry of Sound, and many others in building their mobile strategy and products.
Luka Abrus is a board member of Shoutema, a VC-funded mobile app creator with 30 employees and over 4000 users worldwide. He is active as a lecturer, mentor, columnist, and author of 3 IT books. Currently, as he tells us, Shoutema is focused on enterprise projects with publishers (Gannett) and the company SchoolMessenger, while at Pet minuta they plan to hire two people in the NY office (creative director and design director).
Among some recently published projects, there is an app for Stephen Hawking, we are collaborating with the Choice hotel chain, strengthening cooperation with Squarespace, and there are a few more big names that I would not disclose at this moment while the projects are not finished – Abrus revealed to us ahead of the conference.
