Controlling – Economic Partner of Management’ is the main theme of the largest gathering on controlling in 2015, this year’s Third International Conference on Controlling, organized by the consulting company Kontroling Kognosko and the business weekly Lider on November 5 at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb.
– The theme is inspired by the position of controlling in companies in the region. Our intention is to discuss the role of controlling and best practices at the current moment. If managers, in addition to knowledge and experience in their own field, understand the principles of managing tangible and intangible assets well – that is, possess high competencies in controlling, then the logical consequence is even more successful overall management of companies – explained Jasmina Očko, a consultant at Kontroling Kognosku.
Participants from Germany, China, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia will share their experiences with conference attendees, and now already a traditional largest controlling event of the year will be enriched by another special event, for the first time in Croatia the conference organizers will award the ‘Best Controlling Project Award’. The best team will have the opportunity to present and describe their achievement in the field of improving controlling in the organization they work for.
