The management of Podravka has made a decision regarding the redundancy of excess workers for this company and its subsidiaries in Croatia, thus continuing the restructuring process, as noted in the announcement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The redundancy will involve approximately 150 workers who will receive a severance payment of 4,000 kuna for each year of service.
The total amount of severance payments is around 15 million kuna, and the company expects to recover the paid amount within 12 months.
