The regular shareholders’ assembly of Karlovačka banka today revoked the decision on increasing the core capital and elected Darijo Šimić as a member of the bank’s Supervisory Board, it was announced by the bank.
Shareholders decided to revoke the decision on increasing the core capital through cash contributions, by issuing new ordinary shares with the exclusion of preemptive rights in the subscription of new shares, which was made by the Assembly of Karlovačka banka at the meeting held on May 23, 2013.
The decision on amendments to the Statute, which was also made by the Assembly on that day, has been revoked.
Today, the Policy for Assessing the Suitability of Members of the Supervisory Board at Karlovačka banka was accepted. Additionally, shareholders elected Darijo Šimić as a member of the Supervisory Board for a term of four years.
A decision on amending the Statute was also made.
On Monday, a meeting of preferred shareholders will be held, which must agree to the revocation of the decisions made at the meeting on May 23, 2013, as well as the decision on amendments to the Statute, according to today’s bank announcement.
