During his visit to Coca-Cola, Minister of Economy Ivan Vrdoljak commented on the decision of Judge Mislav Kolakušić to reject the proposal for the pre-bankruptcy settlement of Dalekovod.
Judge Kolakušić rejected the proposal for the pre-bankruptcy settlement, which somewhat surprised Minister of Economy Ivan Vrdoljak.
– We will have to seriously discuss this within the Government, but also with Finance Minister Slavko Linić, who proposed this law. Consultations will be intensive. I am sure he has option A and B, and that the best solution for Dalekovod will be found – said Vrdoljak.
Let us remind you, Judge of the Commercial Court Mislav Kolakušić rejected the proposal for the pre-bankruptcy settlement on September 16, as he stated in his conclusion, he believes it is contrary to the provisions of the Constitution, which mandates equality of all before the law, guarantees the right to property, and provides all entrepreneurs with equal legal status in the market.
