The second oral public auction for the sale of Dalmacijavina also failed today at the Split Commercial Court, as there were no interested parties to purchase the property as a whole at the starting price of 276.3 million kuna, prompting bankruptcy judge Ivan Basić to schedule a third auction for October this year.
The bankruptcy administrator of Dalmacijavina, Perica Mitrović, requested at today’s public auction that the starting price be reduced by 30 percent before the next public auction in October, a decision that will be made by the Split Commercial Court, but only after the bankruptcy administrator informs the creditors’ committee about it.
The first public auction of Dalmacijavina was held in early August when no one also paid the deposit.
The property of Dalmacijavina was sold at the second auction as a whole at a starting price equal to the total determined value of the property amounting to 276.3 million kuna.
For sale is approximately 60,000 square meters of the factory in the Northern Port where alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages were produced. Additionally, for sale are the wineries in Hvar located in Stari Grad and Jelsa, as well as land in Vrbanj, a yeast factory and wine cellar in Drniš, vineyards in Drniš and Hvar, business-storage spaces in Velika Gorica, Zadar, Rijeka, and Vukovar, as well as rights to the brands Dalmacijavina and Pipi.
According to data from the public auction call, the established value of the Pipi beverage brand is 8.2 million kuna, and the corporate brand Dalmacijavino is valued at 30.5 million kuna (both excluding VAT).
