Zvijezda has decided to expand its range for dessert preparation through collaboration with the Belgian chocolate manufacturer Callebaut.
Belgian Callebaut is the leading coffee producer in the world, and from today, it will be distributed in Croatia by Zvijezda. This includes dark, milk, and white chocolate, which are the best-selling in the world and are used by all top pastry chefs. Croatian pastry chefs will initially have access to part of the range, which will be gradually supplemented.
On this occasion, a workshop on creating premium chocolate delicacies was held, led by Marc Pauquet, a renowned creator of chocolate sculptures and a consultant for the brand. During the presentation, Croatian pastry chefs had the opportunity to see how the best pastry chefs in the world create delicacies.
Goran Nilović, on behalf of Callebaut, emphasized that they chose Zvijezda because the best collaborate with the best. It should be noted that this chocolate will be available in packages of one kilogram, two and a half kilograms, and in 10-kilogram packages.
