INA-Industrija nafte has acquired the remaining 50% stake in the company Croplin, thereby becoming the complete owner of that company, it was announced today by INA.
INA acquired ownership of the remaining 50% stake in Croplin from the Hungarian company E.ON Hungaria Zrt.
Croplin is engaged in gas distribution and infrastructure activities. With the completion of this transaction, INA has become the owner of 100% of the shares in Croplin, as stated in today’s announcement from INA.
