Dalekovod failed to prove that the judge, through his public statements expressing “personal views,” called into question his impartiality in this case.
As reported by Večernji list, the request for the exclusion of the judge in the case Dalekovod was rejected, and an identical request in the pre-bankruptcy settlement for Industrogradnja was dismissed, which means that it did not have the procedural prerequisites for it to be decided upon.
Let us remind you, Judge Kolakušić, after attempting to stop the pre-bankruptcy settlement of Dalekovod, decided to stop the pre-bankruptcy settlement of Industrogradnja as well, as reported by the media today. He rejected the settlement as in the previous case, citing his request for a review of the constitutionality of the Law on Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement, and Industrogradnja appealed the decision and requested the exclusion of Judge Kolakušić.
