Postponed Voting on the Restructuring Plan of IGH

The Settlement Council today postponed tomorrow’s hearing in the pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure for the Institute IGH, where creditors were supposed to vote on the amended Financial and Operational Restructuring Plan of the construction company.

The hearing is postponed due to “nomotechnical alignment of the text of the pre-bankruptcy settlement proposal,” requested by the debtor, stated the Settlement Council.

The pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure for the Institute IGH was initiated on June 10 of this year. The total established claims of creditors against the Institute amount to 1.89 billion kuna, while the amount of claims for which creditors have voting rights after the set-off is 1.88 billion kuna.

A new hearing for voting on the amended Financial and Operational Restructuring Plan will be scheduled later, according to the Settlement Council.
