By selling 42 percent of Croatia Osiguranje, the Government is expected to earn only 90 million euros.
As reported by the new Globus, the largest insurance company in the country, according to a report submitted by KPMG to Finance Minister Slavko Linić, is currently valued at 210 million euros, and the Government will request binding offers from interested buyers as early as September.
In 2012, Croatia Osiguranje had total revenues of 2.8 billion kuna and operated with a gross profit of 140 million kuna, and according to the latest estimates, it possesses a real estate fund worth two billion kuna.
