At the Split Commercial Court, Judge Ivan Basić today held the first oral public auction for Dalmacijavino, but it was unsuccessful as there were no interested buyers.
Given that there were no interested parties willing to pay 281 million kuna, which is the value of Dalmacijavino along with real estate, movable property, brands, and investments in vineyards, the next oral public auction is scheduled for September 17 under the same conditions.
“If Dalmacijavino is sold at the second oral public auction, the secured creditors, specifically those with a mortgage, will be paid first, followed by the workers. After that, we can get to work,” said bankruptcy trustee Perica Mitrović.
If Dalmacijavino is not sold at the second oral public auction either, the starting price assessed by the experts will be lowered until a buyer is found, it was stated at the Commercial Court.
