The stock indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange ended today’s trading in the red, with Crobex weakening by 0.25 percent to 1,835.37 points, and Crobex10 falling by 0.33 percent to 1,030.69 points.
The regular turnover on the Exchange amounted to a remarkably low 3.8 million kuna, and no shares made it to the millionaire list.
The most traded today was the HT share with a turnover of 627.5 thousand kuna and a price drop of 0.33 percent to 173.63 kuna.
Following is the Solaris share with a turnover of 456.9 thousand kuna, and the price of that share increased by 3.27 percent to 506 kuna.
The Valamar Adria Holding share was traded for 414.5 thousand kuna, and its price remained unchanged at 161 kuna.
With a price drop of 8.57 percent to 6,400.01 kuna, regular shares of Croatia osiguranje were sold today for 360.26 thousand kuna.
The Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the Croatian Government, today announced a call for expressions of interest and the collection of non-binding offers for the acquisition of part of the shares of Croatia osiguranje (CO) from the state portfolio and for recapitalization. By the decision of July 18, the Government intends to sell part of its total 80.2 percent ownership stake in CO, ensuring that after the completion of the transaction, it retains at least 25 percent plus one share, or a maximum of 30 percent of the shares of the capital-enhanced CO. The call for expressions of interest, published on the websites of the Ministry of Finance and the State Office for State Property Management, states that it is intended exclusively for investors who meet the criteria in accordance with EU and Croatian laws. Investors, among whom there may be two or more acting as a consortium, can submit their interest in writing by August 31.
