The auto distributor and provider of additional automotive services TRCZ Group is currently completing restructuring projects within part of its business. These projects involve restructuring the AutoPlus service operations and consolidating the rent-a-car and fleet management businesses under one brand – FLEET.
By integrating the AutoPlus service network into operational business, the Group has realized the planned launch of a network of service centers in all major centers across Croatia. The goal is to create a comprehensive service package of products that will cover the entire territory of Croatia.
According to the planned structure, service centers are positioned in all major county centers based on the model of one service center in each city. At this moment, AutoPlus counts 26 service centers in as many cities. In accordance with that decision and the Group’s planned goal of relocating dislocated business units to one central position, the Zagreb Auto Plus service center will continue to operate at the location in Jankomir, while the Resnik service center in Žitnjak will be closed.
Further expansion of the service network is also planned, which will allow the AutoPlus service to expand into the region in the future.
